A meta-analysis assessing 18 trials with a sample of 1562 (although only being able to quantify a minimal amount; 5 with a sample of 430) was able to find a reduction in reported symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia associated with variable doses of Pygeum bark extract in the range of 19-23%.
