Bovine colostrum (low-molecular weight fraction at 150mg in capsules) in otherwise healthy adults noted that supplementation was able to acutely increase phagocytic activity of monocytes. Total T cell count was nonsignificantly modified after one hour which normalized after two hours, and NK cells appeared to be decreased at one hour only to be normalized within two hours.
